Survivors Together is a group for women survivors of sexual abuse. Based in East London, we offer the chance to meet socially for support and a sense of being together with other survivors. Here's what's new…
Due to the current situation with the Corona Virus, we've taken the difficult decision to stop our group meetings at the Memorial buildings.
Also, we have had to stop most of our one to one meetings.
However, we have created a Facebook page - Survivors Together East London. This is a closed group, open to our members only. It is not a therapy site, nor is it a place for religious or political items. It is a place for members to chat to each other about every day things, with creative posts that are positive and light. It's a place to connect with others if you are feeling lonely or scared while there is no group to go to.
Thanks to Helen and Gema who will be looking after our Facebook and WhatsApp sites.
Keep in touch, enjoy each other and be well and safe.
Yvonne, Director and Founder of Survivors Together and all on the Steering Group.
